Data deletion

Email info@gahitwen.com with the business name, account email and your deletion request. If you are a customer of one of our clients, we may refer you to the client, who is the controller.

A client account administrator can also request deletion of the whole account through Niambie support.

We will verify your identity before deleting data to protect the account.

We delete the account, profile, settings, contact data, messages, media, templates, campaigns, appointments, AI records and other account data, except what we must keep by law.

We delete data within 30 days of verifying the request. Backups are purged within 90 days.

We keep billing and tax records for the period required by law, security and audit logs for a limited time, and opt-out records so we do not message you again.

Deleted data cannot be restored. Aggregated information that does not identify a person may remain for statistics.

Deleting Niambie data does not delete data in your Meta or WhatsApp account. To remove the connection, remove the Niambie app from your Meta Business account and follow Meta’s data deletion instructions.

Meta controls its own data under the Meta Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Business Terms.
